The International Superyacht Society Awards are held in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, one of the world?s largest and most important marine exhibitions.

New Zealand marine industry companies have a very high profile at the show, with around 20 local exporters showcasing their New Zealand-built yachts and marine products at the high profile show.

?Our NZ Marine Export Group member companies, with the support of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, are working hard at the show, generating new business and more exports for our country,? says NZ Marine executive director, Peter Busfield. ?It is another great example of fiercely competitive companies working together to benefit both the New Zealand marine industry and the country as a whole.?

Continuing the strong export promotion of New Zealand?s innovative marine industry, in November twelve NZ Marine Export Group companies will showcase their latest New Zealand-designed and -manufactured products at METS, the world?s largest marine equipment exhibition, in Amsterdam.
